Digital Agenda

The Sammarinese Digital Agenda is the digital development plan of the Republic and represents the national strategy for structural interventions in the process of technological innovation, pursuing the objectives of sustainable socio-economic growth in the country.

The Sammarinese Digital Agenda is coordinated with the European Digital Agenda and is oriented to fostering priority cooperation between business systems, innovators, public administration, research and San Marino services, through the involvement of all the actors involved.

The Institute for Innovation of the Republic of San Marino has the task of presenting the Digital Agenda for San Marino to the attention of the Congress of State and the Grand General Council and the function of developing it through the Agency for Digital Development, a technical table permanent established by law within the Scientific Committee.

San Marino Innovation, in compliance with its Articles of Association (Delegated Decree No. 23 of March 7, 2018) - has the task of (art.4):

1) to study, develop and implement innovation strategies for the Public Administration;

2) to collect, promote and evaluate projects and ideas geared towards the development of the Sammarinese Digital Agenda (ADS);

3) to propose to the State Congress the approval of the digital development plan and to annually draft a report on the general state of digital development and on the implementation of the ADS;
