The sole shareholder of San Marino Innovation SpA is Eccellentissima Camera of the Republic of San Marino. All the patrimonial relations of the State belong to this organism, typical of the San Marino system. The Ecc.ma Camera, therefore, is recognized as legal personality as well as representation of the State itself in all economic-patrimonial relationships that concern it.

The entities, bodies and institutions of a governmental nature, such as San Marino Innovation SpA, are characterized by the presence in their administrative bodies, such as the Board of Directors, of members appointed by the political components that make up the Great and General Council, the legislative body of the Republic of San Marino.

Sometimes, even members appointed by the Congress of State, the organ that holds executive power can sit on the Board of Directors.

In this way the representativeness of the State interests in the management of the government bodies of which it is a member is ensured, in the figure of the Most Excellent Chamber. "
