Jur, Certified Partner of San Marino Innovation, has been selected by LawtechUK for Dispute Resolution Platform.
Jur has been selected by LawtechUK as a partner together with researchers from the University of Oxford, Oxford Computer Consultants and Resolve Disputes Online to conduct a feasibility study for an SME Dispute Resolution Platform.

The initiative wants: to support the digital transformation of the UK legal services sector to deliver what society and the economy require from legal services and to create a climate to support the development and use of legaltech.
The new online dispute resolution (ODR) platform will focus on developing an elective method to resolve late payments and address the £11.6bn paid in litigation fees and the £50bn in late payments arising each year.
